Question

Why do cprapid subdomains no longer resolve?

Answer

The cpraid.com domain is solely provided to be used for your hostname during the server setup process, and then should be changed to your own hostname. It was never intended to be a solution for DNS resolution, as it is owned and controlled by cPanel. You recommend that you use a domain for which you can control the DNS as your hostname. These limitations are mentioned in our documentation:

Automatically-Issued Hostnames
